Jess
Founder & Director - Head Peach
Jess is the driving force behind Peachie Clean
In 2017, she stepped out on her own and began building the business from the ground up. What started with residential cleans quickly evolved into something bigger, a commercial cleaning company known for structure, professionalism, and standards that don’t slip.
Jess understands cleaning from the inside out. She’s worked on the tools, managed teams, built systems, and led contracts. That hands-on experience shapes how Peachie Clean operates today. Nothing is theoretical. It’s built on real experience and high expectations. Her focus has always been the same, do the work properly, treat people well, and build something that lasts.
Jess is known for being hardworking, steady under pressure, and deeply invested in both her team and her clients. She leads with clarity and care, setting the tone for how Peachie Clean shows up across every site.
Under her leadership, Peachie Clean has grown into a trusted commercial cleaning partner capable of delivering on complex contracts across southern Tasmania, without losing the consistency and personal accountability it was built on.
Fun fact:
Jess can shoot hoops like a pro and takes her basketball almost as seriously as her cleaning standards so much so she decided to sponsor the Jack Jumpers!
Allysha
Chief Operating Officer - Chief Peach Officer
Allysha is the steady force behind Peachie Clean’s operations.
She’s the one thinking ahead, refining systems, tightening processes, and making sure everything runs as it should. Where Jess sets the vision, Allysha builds the structure that supports it.
Her strength lies in clarity, clear expectations, clear processes, and clear communication. She believes that when the foundations are strong, everything else follows, from the quality of the clean to the confidence our clients feel.
Allysha cares deeply about the team, making sure everyone is supported, trained, and set up to succeed. Because when the people behind the scenes feel backed, standards don’t slip.
Practical, focused, and calm under pressure, she’s driven by building something stronger, not just bigger. Strengthening systems, protecting culture, and ensuring Peachie Clean grows without losing what makes it work.

Kerry
Admin Support - Support Peach
Kerrie is the steady support behind Peachie Clean, working closely with Jess and Allysha to keep things running smoothly day to day.
She plays a key role in communication, coordination, and follow-through across the team. From behind the scenes, she helps ensure everything stays organised and on track.
Her strength is consistency. Things are followed up, details are accounted for, and the team has what they need, when they need it. That structure supports the standard Peachie Clean is known for.
Kerrie brings a calm, reliable presence to the business, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Fun fact:
Outside of work, Kerrie is outnumbered at home by her four fur-babies and somehow still keeps everything running smoothly.
Meet Our Supervisors
Daniela
Daniela is known for the energy and personality she brings to every shift.
She approaches her work with genuine care, not just for the space she’s cleaning, but for the people around her. That care shows up in the details, in the way she works alongside the team, and in the consistent standard she helps maintain on site.
As a Supervisor, Daniela also plays a key role in supporting the wider team. From training new starters to carrying out spot checks and quality checks, she helps ensure every site meets the Peachie Clean standard.
Daniela is hardworking and honest, the kind of person you can rely on to get stuck in and do the job properly. She doesn’t cut corners, and she doesn’t shy away when things get messy. Instead, she keeps things moving, usually with a laugh not far behind.
Her positivity, paired with a strong work ethic, makes her a steady and valued part of the Peachie Clean crew.
Fun fact:
Daniela once powered through a public bathroom situation that would’ve sent most people running, and somehow still left with a smile. Talk about a poo-sitive attitude.
Chao
Chao is one of Peachie Clean’s longest-serving team members, coming up on three years with the business.
Over that time, she’s become known for her consistency and reliability across the sites she supports. Whether she’s tackling stubborn stains or methodically working through carpeted areas, Chao approaches her work with focus and care.
She’s also incredibly helpful, sometimes to the point where if you’re holding something, she’s already halfway through taking it off you. It’s just how she’s wired. If there’s a way to make things easier for someone else, she’ll find it, and it shows in both the team and client relationships she’s built.
As a Supervisor, Chao supports the team through training, as well as completing spot checks and quality checks to ensure standards stay consistent across every site.
Her steady presence and attention to detail contribute to the high standards Peachie Clean is known for. When Chao is on site, the job gets done thoroughly and without fuss.
Beyond her serious cleaning power, she brings humour and warmth to the team, adding personality to every shift.
Fun fact:
Chao is not only a multitasker at work but outside of it too, balancing her time between bold bowls of noodles, a McDonald’s run, and recharging by the sea at Long Beach.
Ronald
Ronald brings structure, focus, and steady leadership to every site he oversees. With a military background that includes leading a battalion of 200 men, he understands discipline, accountability, and what it means to take responsibility for the outcome.
Alongside that structure is a genuinely kind heart and a soft, thoughtful nature. He leads firmly, but with care, taking the time to support the team, notice the details, and create an environment where high standards can be maintained without unnecessary pressure.
As a Supervisor, Ronald plays a key role in training team members and carrying out spot checks and quality checks. His focus is making sure every site runs smoothly and consistently meets the Peachie Clean standard.
For Ronald, cleaning isn’t just about removing dirt, it’s about restoring order. He works in a calm, methodical way, bringing a sense of balance and control to every space he’s responsible for. He believes efficiency and respect can go hand in hand, and that doing things properly should never be rushed.
Whether he’s refining systems on site or enjoying the quiet at Little Howrah Beach, Ronald brings the same grounded approach, steady, considered, and focused on getting it right.

Ronaldo introduced a simple site system that’s already saved over 5.5kg of paper, proof that small tweaks can create real impact.
